Refund/Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We currently do not accept exchanges.

 

RETURN:

Currently, T-shirts are the only product eligible for returns. We won’t accept returns on closeouts, candles, mugs, or blankets.

If you need a different style, color, or size in shirts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and then mail your return within 7 days of contacting us. We will issue a gift card for the product amount (including tax) after we receive the shirt back in mint condition. THD is not responsible for return shipping. We will, however, be happy to ship your new item on us!

Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned. If the shirt appears to have been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your return and will ship your item back to you. Shirts that smell of smoke, perfume, or have pet fur on them will be not be accepted for return.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Because all of our items are printed to order, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

 

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Bulk orders ship within 7 business days of ordering.

 

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS:

We occasionally run coupon code promotions, so our THD supporters can stock up on their favorite tees and gifts at a discounted price. Coupon Promotion Codes may NOT be combined with other discounts and/or promotions.
